What is Emetophobia Free?
Emetophobia Free was first launched in 2014, based on 25 years' experience treating emetophobes. It is an evidence-based step-by-step specialist programme helping people with a fear of vomiting or seeing others vomit (emetophobia) beat their anxiety and gain new-found control over their thoughts and behaviours. Since its launch, it has gone on to help over 20,000 children, teenagers and adults and is continually updated to be the most comprehensive programme for emetophobia out there.
